What is IFCS?

On November 18-19, 2021, at the initiative of the Prosecutor General's Office, the International Forum on Cyber Security will be held on the basis of the Prosecutor's Training Center of Ukraine.

The purpose of this initiative is to create a platform for active dialogue and interaction of a wide range of national and international experts in the field of cybersecurity; to discuss issues of effective cooperation in the investigation of cybercrimes and the exchange of best practices in this area.

The event will bring together experts from different countries and international organizations.

The Andriivskyi Descent is called as Montmartre of Kyiv. There are many small bars and cafes in the Andriivskyi Descent, where you can relax.
Mystetskyi Arsenal
It is Ukraine’s flagship cultural institution that brings together various arts – from contemporary art, new music and theatre to literature and museum development.
Pinchuk Art Center
It is an international centre for contemporary art of the XXI century, an open platform for the artists, the art work and society.
Khanenko Museum
It is a world art museum, which presents the most significant Ukrainian collections of European, Asian and ancient art. The museum’s collection includes original artworks by outstanding European masters, such as Pieter Paul Rubens, Jacques-Louis David, François Boucher. The museum holds highly valuable collections of European sculpture and decorative art. Rare pieces are presented in the Iranian, Tibetan, Chinese and Japanese art collections.
National Chornobyl Museum
It is a historical and cultural institution combining scientific, cultural and educational activity with the work of modern museum on archiving, preserving and conveying the history of the nuclear disaster at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant as the most severe radioecological disaster of the XX century.
Kyiv Food Market
Kyiv Food Market is the space with restaurants and bars in the format of a food hall. Kyiv Food Market contains diverse Kyiv restaurants, in particular, Ukrainian, Asian, American and vegetarian cuisine, coffee and tea, a variety of desserts.

Counteraction of COVID-19

Dear participants!

We would like to inform you that the Forum will be held in accordance with the quarantine restrictions in compliance with all established security rules.

The event will take place in large, well-ventilated halls, treated with sterile means.

Each participant will be provided with personal hygiene products (antiseptic, protective mask, nitrile gloves).

Before the start of the forum, a medical laboratory for rapid testing for COVID-19 will operate at the entrance.

In addition, we would like to inform you that due to the epidemiological situation in the world, in order to enter Ukraine and visit the forum, you need to have:
1) a certificate on the first dose of the vaccine or full vaccination, and
2) an insurance policy that covers the costs associated with the treatment of COVID-19, and is valid for the entire period of stay in Ukraine (estimated cost is 10 euros, it can be purchased directly at the airports of Ukraine).

If you do not have a vaccination passport or a certificate on the first vaccine, you will need to install the mobile application «Vdoma /At Home/» and pass PCR or a rapid test.
