What is IFCS?

On November 18-19, 2021, at the initiative of the Prosecutor General's Office, the International Forum on Cyber Security will be held on the basis of the Prosecutor's Training Center of Ukraine.

The purpose of this initiative is to create a platform for active dialogue and interaction of a wide range of national and international experts in the field of cybersecurity; to discuss issues of effective cooperation in the investigation of cybercrimes and the exchange of best practices in this area.

The event will bring together experts from different countries and international organizations.

The digital world must be made safe and free from crime. We gather law enforcement officers and the best specialists in this field for a cyberforum to work out joint solutions to overcome modern challenges. Information networks are a new space of modern human life and we must take care of it together as well as of the environment. Only the synergy of our efforts will give the result, so I invite you to join the international cybersecurity forum.

The Andriivskyi Descent is called as Montmartre of Kyiv. On any day, in any weather, you can always see artists demonstrating their works, pieces of applied art – jewellery, glassware and ceramics, funny wooden figurines, toys, medals, coins and much more. There are many small bars and cafes in the Andriivskyi Descent, where you can relax.

It is a world art museum, which presents the most significant Ukrainian collections of European, Asian and ancient art. The museum holds highly valuable collections of European sculpture and decorative art. Rare pieces are presented in the Iranian, Tibetan, Chinese and Japanese art collections.

It is a historical and cultural institution combining scientific, cultural and educational activity with the work of modern museum on archiving, preserving and conveying the history of the nuclear disaster at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant as the most severe radioecological disaster of the XX century.

Counteraction of COVID-19

Dear participants!

We would like to inform you that the Forum will be held in accordance with the quarantine restrictions in compliance with all established security rules.

The event will take place in large, well-ventilated halls, treated with sterile means.

Each participant will be provided with personal hygiene products (antiseptic, protective mask, nitrile gloves).

Before the start of the forum, a medical laboratory for rapid testing for COVID-19 will operate at the entrance.

In addition, we would like to inform you that due to the epidemiological situation in the world, in order to enter Ukraine and visit the forum, you need to have:
1) a certificate on the first dose of the vaccine or full vaccination, and
2) an insurance policy that covers the costs associated with the treatment of COVID-19, and is valid for the entire period of stay in Ukraine (estimated cost is 10 euros, it can be purchased directly at the airports of Ukraine).

If you do not have a vaccination passport or a certificate on the first vaccine, you will need to install the mobile application «Vdoma /At Home/» and pass PCR or a rapid test.
